The restaurant welcomes customers by serving zakuzakuni, a soy-sauce-flavored dish that includes soup from scallop meat, wheat gluten balls and many root vegetables. The dish is indispensable for festivities in the Aizu area, where the restaurant’s owner comes from. The chefs masterfully use knives and their hands to make sushi with Hokkaido’s seasonal fresh fish. We look forward to seeing you. Table seats (4 persons) and private rooms (6 persons) are also available. |
