We succeeded in extending the expiry date, from 120 to 240 days,due to our special oil-free manufacturing method. "Manufacturing Method of Flavored Rice Cracker" Patent Pending (Application No.2017-185621) We do not use any oil in our production. We bake rice crackers without using any hint of oil. Then we season the crackers using non-artificial coloring, as well as an additive-free solution in place of oil. Because of this oil-free production method, our rice crackers keep fresh twice as long as ordinary rice crackers. Since our products are completely oil-free, we can avoid oil oxidation within the products. |
