The thick, smooth frozen dessert made of pure Hokkaido fresh cream as the main ingredient is also filled with plenty of vanilla beans from Madagascar. On the surface, Sapporo Catalana is caramelized to add a slightly bitter tinge to the sweetness. Please thaw it partially before eating.
