Fermented rice milk is fresh malted rice to drink. The taste has clear sweetness from glucose because unlike normal "Amazake", we do not use sake lees or sugar. This is not alcohol and has fermented natural sweetness which is recommended to from whom care about sugar intake to small children and elderly. Rich in vitaminB and said to have effect on summer fatigue, good skin and constipation.

Cold in summer, hot in winter with ginger. Also can use as a dressing with olive oil and lemon juice. Rice is changed to glucose and oligosaccharide by fermentation and richly contains vitamin B1,B2,B6,B12. Said to prevent summer heat fatigue, nourishing, control skin condition and constipation. Also can use as weaning food.
