| Company PR | Since we started business in 1909, Koyama Seifusyo Co., Ltd. has manufactured fu (wheat gluten) as well as products made from carefully selected ingredients produced in Hokkaido. Currently, the company also operates "Kita no Fu Hompo", a retail store specialized in fu and yuba (bean curd skin) products. Water resources and cold climate of Hokkaido are suitable for producing fu and yuba, so the company refines gluten, an ingredient for fresh fu and roasted fu, obtained from high-quality wheat flour at an in-house factory. The company is one of the largest producers of fu. We, at Koyama Seifusyo, aim to expand our business activities not only in Hokkaido but also internationally to provide our products worldwide.
